What Can Clients Expect From Their Training Program?

One-on-one coaching giving clients the motivation and support to help them reach their goals. And providing flexible workout regimens to help everyone fit exercise into their lifestyle - no matter how hectic and limited their time.

Clients can look forward to:

  • improved overall fitness
  • toning - increase in muscle and decrease in body fat
  • nutrition counseling - by giving dietary recommendations and supplement usage. Also, finding foods metabolically right for you and offering meal plans to make food preparation easier. So no more guess work of how much carbohydrates, protein, and fat you should be consuming.
  • food log evaluation
  • learning how to shop at the grocery store

 

Getting Down To The Workout

Anu trains her clients at One 2 One, a well equipped private gym that lacks the chaos usually found in larger chain-type gyms.  One 2 One is located on Kirby near 59. 

Health Screening And Fitness Assessments are done to monitor your progress. Clients will have an initial evaluation of weight, body fat, and circumference measurements to evaluate their current level of health.  And, this will serve as a baseline from which to measure future progress. You can expect improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Also those seeking sports specific training can focus on certain key body areas.
