Body fit of Houston, where your body starts to do the talking for you. If you are looking to get in shape, run faster, work on cardio, work on your nutrition or to learn more about the fitness world then I am the online Physical trainer for you.

The fitness industry as a whole has both lies and it has truths to it. Many do not realize they are actually under eating which then leads to eating disorders, many are doing way too much cardio, others are looking at the latest things trending on social media trying to find a "quick fix" to their weight loss journey. I want to be the one to tell you that nothing in life comes easy. If you want to see lasting results, to learn more, to see the difference then I am the coach for you.

I am working on my certificate as a Physical trainer through NASM as well as my nutritional certificate.

Here at Body Fit of Houston your fitness journey will be all Virtual.
Your fitness plan will include but not limited to
-Weekly check Ins with progress pictures
-Work out plan (will be changed accordingly)
-Option for Private training until booked
-Video's/Face time demonstrations of exercises
-Boot camps for anyone interested

Your nutrition plan will include but not limited to
-Learning more about nutrition and what to watch out for
-Learning about your Macros
-Learning about meal prepping & what it should look like
-Getting on a set meal plan if that is what you prefer

I pride myself on being an honest and open personal trainer. With me you will never have to second guess or wonder what I am thinking. I am not your normal fitness coach, I want to also be a life coach for you. I want to help you through all aspects of your life. For instance, if you are dealing with a divorce, a mid life crisis or even a loss in the family I will be here for you. Success comes from dealing with the hard stuff so we will not just be working on your physical well being but also your mental state.

I want you to be the best version of yourself and sometimes that means telling you things you may not want to hear. If you want the dead honest truth then I am the coach for you.
